How much is postage & packaging?

 

P&P for UK orders are £3.99 and will be sent via first class delivery with Royal Mail. Please allow 1-3 working days to receive your products. Other countries may vary.

 

 

What is MourMourCreme?

 

MourMourCreme is a homemade Hair, Beard & Body Treatment product service made to your specific needs. We specialise in hair cell stimulation and enhancing the health of your hair using only raw, unrefined & natural ingredients.

What happens when I place my order?

 

Your order will be sent to the CEO, the order is then processed and made within 48 hours of receiving payment. Items are dispatched Monday - Friday only.

Do you do a Cold Pressed #MourMourCreme?

 

To order a cold pressed version, you must order a 'create your own creme' and state you would like it cold pressed. Otherwise it will be presumed you would like to order the Creme whipped. If you tend to over use hair products, I would advise you order a cold pressed version, to help you use only what is necessary.

How will I know if I am allergic to the ingredients?

 

I would recommend doing a skin test before applying #MourMourCreme.

 

 

How long did you notice a difference using MourMourCreme?

 

With regards to texture I noticed change immediately after application. I noticed Amours hair growth around 3weeks after use. With myself I noticed it was easier to maintain within a few days as my scalp did not need as much attention as it did before.

Can MourMourCrème be catered to our needs?

 

Yes, if you have an allergy or a skin/scalp condition it will be altered.

What should I do if I do not like it?

 

In the unfortunate circumstance, you do not like your product. You can send it back to us and we will issue you with a refund as soon as possible. Note: we do not refund postage.

I am a frequent customer, should I be rewarded?

How old does my child have to be to use MourCreme products?

I started using #MourMourCreme on my daughter when she was 6months old. However, it is up to parental preference.

 

 

Can I cancel an order?

 

Yes, in most circumstances you can, however since we try and offer a speedy service it is important you email us to cancel your order as soon as possible, to avoid disappointment.

 

Have you added any Chemicals to your products?

 

MourMourCrème is 100% natural. No extra chemicals or preservatives have been added.

 

 

I am a natural hair enthusiast and would love to join TeamMour. What do I do?

 

In this case email us straight away, with your details at team@mourmourcreme.com we are constantly recruiting males and females to expand our team.

What happens if I don’t receive my order?

 

Please allow 5-7 working days to receive your order from the date of your dispatch email. In, the unfortunate case you do not receive your package, you then have up to 21 days to contact us from the day you received your dispatch email so we can follow this up with royal mail.
